Real time build book updates can be made and communicated to the line. Ability to capture data real time and dynamically change operations to optimize workflow efficiencies & up-time. Reduces plants environmental footprint by eliminating approximately 7 million pieces of paper per year.     

Re-purposed individual responsible for paper-based document control to a more productive activity. ProVIEW hardware and software plugs seamlessly into exiting production environment. Driver of Industrial IoT.      

Due to the success of this program Detroit & corporate Daimler are expanding ProVIEW to other lines of production such as truck axles and transmissions as a replacement for paper build books and to automate parts replenishment.
