Save the date for the 2009 AIM Technology Leadership Summit!

Planning is well underway for the AIM Technology Leadership Summit for 2009, and to pique your interest, read some feedback from the 2008 attendees that we surveyed post event.

The survey results quantified what many people told us, and the reasons for attending confirmed what we have seen during past events:

• When asked why they registered for the event, 72% said Executive Networking. In fact, 80% of responders indicated Networking was important or very important to AIM events.  This confirms what we hear every year - AIM events are noted for executive networking and the 2008 Summit was no exception.
  
• Networking was followed closely with 61% choosing Industry Updates.  When asked about the educational sessions, 82% valued the analysts opinion and 62% found the guidance about Vertical Markets to be very useful.
  
• 91% said the overall conference was good or excellent, and 95% concluded that it was likely or extremely likely that they would attend future AIM events based on the experience for 2008.

Most helpful were the topic suggestions for next year’s meeting.  We’ve already shared this input with the event planning team, we’ve conducted a Call for Speakers survey during the month of August, and we’re working to define the program and sponsor opportunities that will compel all of you to attend, and to invite your peers.
