Attendance PolicyAttendance at the AIM Annual meeting and related seminars is open to all members and non-members interested in the AIDC industry. To receive the member rate, you must be an AIM Global or chapter member in good standing. If your company’s member dues have not been paid by the time the meetings begin, you will be invoiced for the difference of the non-member registration rate. Payment PolicyFull payment of your registration fee must be provided at the time of registration. Payment may be made by Mastercard, VISA, American Express, check payable to: AIM, Inc., 125 Warrendale-Bayne Road, Suite 100, Warrendale, PA 15086, Attn: Accounts Receivable. Cancellation/Substitution PolicyAll cancellations must be in writing and sent to: Diana Bowser, AIM, 125 Warrendale-Bayne Road, Suite 100, Warrendale, PA 15086, USA, or faxed to (724) 934-4495. Should the event be cancelled, AIM is not responsible for any penalty incurred by purchasing a nonrefundable airline ticket or related travel/personal costs. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee up to seven (7) business days before the event start date. Hotel rooms may be cancelled based on the hotel’s cancellation policies. Check with the hotel for the most up-to-date cancellation policy. If your reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days of the event, and the cancellation causes AIM to become obligated for the room under the attrition clause, up to one night’s hotel room fee may be charged to you. Dress Code Dress code for AIM events is business casual. Coat and tie for the Industry Awards Dinner is suggested.
