Model MPR5000 handles entire smart card production process, including card cavity milling, chip embedding, GSM Sim punching, and chip testing. After production, cards move to personalization modules, which can be configured for magnetic stripe encoding, laser engraving, and high-speed inkjet printing. Personalization barrel can be configured with up to 48 smart card personalization heads. System produces up to 3,600 cards/hr.
