AIM Chapter in North America

Participants in the AIM USA Chapter formation had a very productive meeting in Chicago on 22 May 2003. With endorsement from the AIM Board, the Chapter will call itself AIM North America in order to welcome members from Canada. A mission and list of goals for the Chapter were drafted at the meeting.

Members will primarily include VARs, System Integrators, hardware manufacturers, software developers, distributors, consultants, consumables and component companies, and manufacturer representatives. Educational organizations, recruiters, media companies, accounting firms, financial analysts, and publications can all join, but they will not be eligible to vote or hold elected positions within the organization. As of 18 June 2003, there were 48 members.

Complete minutes of AIM North America’s meetings are available on the AIM website.
