AIM Team Expands to Leverage Industry
Industry Association Consults Experts to Promote Growth
Cranberry Township, PA
– March 21, 2013 – AIM, the industry association and
worldwide authority on bar code, RFID, RTLS and mobile computing, is pleased to
announce the appointment of two expert consultants from the industry to move
the association forward.
Koldan will be serving as the Business Development Executive Director. His role
is to advocate propagation of AIDC in various industries worldwide through
outreach, advocacy, and standards. He will implement AIM's strategic growth plan
as outlined by the AIM and AIM North America Boards.

and Accenture. Ken is a member of the AIM North America Board of Directors and

Also joining the AIM team will be Steve Halliday a
s the Committee and Standards Coordinator to oversee and advance
AIM's supervisory role in the global standards arena.
He will be the
staff liaison to AIM's RFID Experts Group (REG), Technical Symbology Committee
(TSC), and Internet of Things (IoT) committees. He will also serve as
AIM's resident AIDC expert to address questions as they relate to industry
standards, technologies, and applications.
Steve has been a key participant and contributor in
the AIDC industry since 1980. He is currently president & founder of High
Tech Aid and partner/co-founder of RFIDTraxx LLC. Earlier, Steve was vice
president, technology for AIM Inc. where he was responsible for all global technology
standards including Magnetic Stripe, Bar Code, Radio Frequency Identification,
and Wireless Communication.
