AIM Introduces AIDC Track & Trace Committee
Group to Use Industry Expertise to Impact &
Support Compliance in Product Traceability
Township, PA – June 18, 2015 – AIM, the international
industry association and recognized authority on innovation and technologies in
automatic identification and data capture (AIDC), including barcode, RFID,
RTLS, NFC, the Internet of Things (IoT) and mobile computing, announced today
the creation of a new committee dedicated to develop, educate, promote and aid
in the adoption of automatic identification strategies designed to support compliance
of regulations related to food industry product traceability.
Sinclair, an executive with Seagull Scientific’s Vertical Markets team, has
been appointed Chair of Track & Trace by the AIM Board. The committee is looking to build a solid
base of industry experts from within AIM’s current membership base and partners,
as well as recruit additional individuals with a variety of experience in track
and trace solutions.

(REG) and Technical Symbology Committee (TSC).
