Curriculum Submissions | AIM Education & Knowledge Initiative

Guidelines


All submissions must be education & knowledge focused based on automatic identification and data capture technologies and/or applications currently in use, or going into use.
 
Submissions must have an educational focus.  No direct solicitation for sales or purchase of services or goods is permitted. No confidential information or copyrighted materials should be submitted.
 
Presentations must be submitted to AIM online and should be in a reviewable format (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, PDF or available via audio or video hyperlink).
 
Submissions for editorial review and acceptance may be any of the following:
Abstract
Executive Summary
Presentation
Audio session / Podcast
Video presentation / YouTube
Whitepaper
 
Participants are encouraged to submit multiple topics and presentations.  Each presentation must be submitted separately and contain all required documentation.
 
Acceptance criteria |All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts appointed by representatives of the AIM, Inc. Board.  Submission for editorial review does not guarantee acceptance.  All decisions made by the review panel are final.  
 
Editorial review will be done on a quarterly basis.  Submissions must be received by the published curriculum deadlines indicated with all necessary information detailed in the online submission form.  All submitters will be contacted after each quarterly deadline with the status of their submission. 

AIM reserves all rights to decline incomplete or inappropriate submissions.
 
Each presentation must be certified of the following as part of their online/electronic submission:
  • information included in the submission is true,
  • publication of the material will violate no copyrights or proprietary rights,
  • any required customer or management permissions have been received. 
Reviewers will not be under any confidentiality restrictions or NDAs.  

Submission of a presentation is deemed permission for AIM to publish it on the AIM website as well as in any AIM sanctioned publication(s).  

All submissions selected become the property of AIM, Inc.


Curriculum Submission Deadlines
Presentations must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time each quarter to qualify for consideration during the following quarter.
March 31st | June 30th | September 30th | December 31st
