Michael Allen
Michael Allen serves as the Business Development Director for AIM. Mr. Allen serves as the organization’s liaison for the industry group chairs of the Technical Symbology Committee, RFID Experts Group and Visibility Technlogies Industry Group. He also handles member relations and development of new business plans to direct more resources to the AIM community.

Tom Bianculli
Tom Bianculli serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Zebra Technologies. In this role, Bianculli is responsible for the exploration of emerging opportunities, coordinating with product teams on advanced technology development, product and solutions strategy and inorganic investment.
Bianculli started his career with Symbol Technologies, Inc. as part of the data capture solutions business. In the following years, Bianculli held positions of increased responsibility including architectural and director of engineering roles. As larger investments were made in the emerging imaging data capture product category, Bianculli provided technical leadership for the business and co-led the development of the company’s first imager-based handheld data capture product while on assignment in Japan.
Bianculli went on to form the Emerging Business Office at Motorola to explore new opportunities adjacent to the core businesses. At the time of the Zebra Technologies’ acquisition of Motorola Solutions’ Enterprise Business in 2014, Bianculli transitioned the Enterprise segment of Motorola’s CTO team to Zebra and was subsequently appointed as CTO of the new combined organization in 2016. The CTO team has driven the key tenets of Zebra’s Enterprise Asset Intelligence vision leading to our initial solution offerings, executive sponsorship of our software acquisitions and the development of our vertical strategies in support of that vision.
Bianculli has been granted over 20 U.S. patents and is a Motorola Distinguished Innovator and Science Advisory Board Associate. He was recently named one of the by Technology Magazine.
Bianculli holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University, NYU. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the School of Engineering for the New York Institute of Technology and the Board for the Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe.
John Burnell
John Burnell is principal of Burnell Reports, which provides market research and thought leadership content development services. He has served more than two dozen clients in the AIDC industry and was previously editor-in-chief and event contributor for the Automatic I.D. News/Frontline Solutions family of AIDC publications, events and trade shows. John currently supports several mainstream IT solution providers, consulting firms and market research organizations focused on digital transformation, a role that provides insight into enterprise technology strategies.
Kevin Capatch
As a Director at Geisinger, Kevin’s team of process engineers utilize Lean-Tools and current state process integration tools to focus on magnifying the value and eliminating the waste in the core value streams at Geisinger. Kevin’s evangelistic leadership style and manufacturing-based operational expertise, combined with his information systems background, has allowed him to stimulate new thinking and promotion of process redesign in Geisinger’s supply chain information and care support delivery systems. He is a foundational leader with the Healthcare Transformation Group (HTG), the Community Advisory Board (CAB) for GS1 U.S. Healthcare, and now serving on the Board of the Partnership for DSCSA Governance (PDG). He is active on multiple GS1, AHRMM, ASCx12, and C4SCS workgroups. He has completed AHRMM’s Healthcare Supply Chain Leadership Institute and completed his master’s degree in Project Management. In his spare time, he and his wife Diane, support their two son’s transition to the Lancaster, PA area.
Hae Choe
Hae Choe serves as NEMA’s Managing Director of International Standards & Technical Services. As such, Ms. Choe oversees the development and execution of NEMA’s international strategy, coordination of NEMA’s international standards and conformity assessment activities, and building relationships with international SDOs and other partners.
Ms. Choe currently serves as the U.S. voting member on the IEC Standardization Management Board and is the Vice President of Technical for the US National Committee of ANSI (American National Standards Institute). She also chairs the USNC Technical Management Committee which manages all of the standards activities for the US mirror committees to the IEC.
Ms. Choe has extensive experience administering standards work and is currently serving on several committees related to important initiatives for the IEC as well as ones emphasizing collaborative and cohesive alignment among several international standards developing organizations. One of the key areas of focus for Ms. Choe is facilitating a way forward in positioning the Americas to have a stronger voice in international standardization.
The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) represents over 300 electrical equipment and medical imaging manufacturers that make safe, reliable, and efficient products and systems. NEMA is the voice for the electroindustry in North America.
Jeanne Duckett
Jeanne Duckett leads traceability initiatives for Avery Dennison Printer Systems from source to consumer touching on all related technologies including: Blockchain, Edge and Fog processing, trigger development including 2D symbols, RFID, NFC, bluetouch; intelligent sensors and data sharing standards. Jeanne is an industry recognized expert in all things traceability holding multiple patents in imaging, RFID handling, and food systems design. A lifetime member of AIDC 100, provided expert testimony to the FDA, contributing member of AIM Global and GS1 inter-industry organizations and has a seat on AIM NA Board of Directors. She chairs the AIM North America Food Policy Committee and Traceability Committee; previously chairing IoT, and Blockchain Council and the RFID Experts Group. Jeanne is a frequent speaker at industry events: Pack Expo, Food Safety Shows, RFID Journal Live, GS1 Connect, Summer Institute on AIDC and Restaurant Shows. Most recently she has spearheaded the widely regarded Era of Smarter Food Safety webinar series joining the tech world with food safety specialists.
Duanfeng “Jackson” He
Jackson is a Fellow of Computer Vision at Zebra Technologies, and the Convenor of ISO/IEC JTC1 SC31 WG1 starting in 2025. Previously he was the chair of ADC1 TG1 for 9 years. Jackson has worked on various aspects of barcode capture and decoding, and image processing, for NCR, Symbol Technologies, Motorola, and Zebra Technologies. He is the inventor or co-investor of more than 100 US patents. He has a B.S. degree in Physics from Peking University, and a PhD in Optical Sciences from University of Arizona.

Glenn Jackling has served as the CEO & President of APPLIED IMAGE since 2015. Glenn was awarded an MBA from the University of Rochester and an MS in Applied and Mathematical Statistics and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Jackling held numerous senior management roles at various companies in the local community, including Eastman Kodak, CPAC, and Newtex. Glenn lives with his wife Stephanie in Greece, NY, and has two sons and two step-daughters.
Steve Keddie
Manages the GS1 identification system and the GS1 portfolio of automatic data capture technologies that underlie our customers’ ability to conduct essential business transactions. Supports all phases of GS1 standards from pre-standard’s development to standardization as well as service development to deployment. Leads a team of Subject Matter Experts that use a consultative approach in supporting internal customers and MOs (Member Organizations) when defining the best solution. The team delivers professional support, publications and documentation to the GS1 community. Currently is chairing AIM’s Technical Symbology Committee.
Sean Murphy
Sean Murphy has been with Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) for just over ten years working in both Replenishment Operations as well as on the Secure Supply Chain project. For the last six years he has been focused on working to ensure that Cencora and the healthcare supply chain meet the Drug Supply Chain Security Act compliance requirements.
Guarav Pant
Gaurav Pant, Co-Founder & Chief Insights Officer at Incisiv, is a leading digital transformation expert primarily focused on the consumer industries of retail, consumer products, lodging and restaurants. He is a frequent speaker and various global industry conferences and events.
Gaurav’s prior experience includes founding EKN Research and driving transformation programs at large global retailers during his time leading Retail & Consumer Goods products and services for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Gaurav is based in New York and is an active advisor and investor in early-stage consumer industry start-ups.
Elizabeth Sinclair
Elizabeth Sinclair connects people, industry, academia, standards and technology. She has experience working with end users and partners to enable consumer confidence, supply chain efficiencies, and regulatory compliance through the deployment of AIDC in industries including aerospace, food, pharma, medical devices, and chemical manufacturing. She has led two AIM committees, chairing both the Track and Trace and Cannabis Traceability work groups. She attended the University of Washington, and holds a certificate in strategic marketing management from the school’s Foster School of Business.
Tyson Stuelpe
Tyson Stuelpe joined the SpotSee team in September 2015 as the Vice President of Americas Sales. He has held management and marketing positions of increasing responsibility with Ingersoll Rand, Newell Rubbermaid, Nestlé, and Black & Decker. Tyson brings significant experience in global product & channel management, acquisition integration, and supply chain management. He began his career as a strategic and operations consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Ernst & Young.
Tyson received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.
