AIM Summit 2013

The 2013 Summit – marking AIM’s 40th anniversary – will offer technical sessions, panel discussions & case studies to provide a forum to experience the latest in technologies and updates. Optional sessions will allow members to participate in committee meetings. 2013 Summit attendees will also have the chance to mix with members of MHI during evening receptions designed to foster collaborations & strengthen relationships. Join AIM, the association for individuals & organizations who lead the AIDC industry around the globe, for the 2013 AIM Summit at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando on September 30th!

This year's Summit – marking the 40thanniversary of AIM's founding – will offer a variety of technical sessions, panel discussions and case studies, along with networking opportunities to provide attendees a forum to experience the latest in technologies and updates that impact their profession every day. Optional sessions, scheduled both before and after the Summit itself, will allow AIM members the opportunity to also participate in committee meetings.

It promises to be educational, motivational and inspirational!

The event will also include a luncheon to honor the recipients of the 2013 AIM Awards which
recognize outstanding leadership, innovation and contributions to the industry.

As an added benefit in 2013, AIM Summit attendees will have the ability to mix and mingle with members of the Material Handling Institute (MHI) during evening receptions designed to foster collaborations and strengthen valuable networking relationships between the groups.

The AIM NA Unique Device Identification (UDI) Committee was developed to address industry concerns with the FDA’s recent UDI proposed rule and offer the FDA expertise, guidance and best practices on the use of AIDC (automatic identification and data capture) technologies supporting both UDI and Standardized Numerical Identification (SNI) initiatives, before they are final.
