This award, part of AIM’s new Woman of AIDC initiative, pays tribute to women leaders who have made extraordinary accomplishments in their professions or their communities.

Melanie Nuce-Hilton is a distinguished leader in the field of Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC), currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at GS1 US. In this role, she oversees initiatives that assist businesses across 25 industries—including apparel, general merchandise, foodservice, retail grocery, and healthcare—in leveraging GS1 Standards to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, collaboration, and regulatory compliance.
